Cybersecurity is at the top of the minds of credit unions, their members, supervisory committees, and regulators alike. The NCUA listed “Cybersecurity Assessment” as one of the primary areas of supervisory focus in 2018 and has begun implementing the Automated Cybersecurity Examination Tool (ACET) to improve its supervision.

Credit unions must become familiar with this tool since it will become part of future regulatory examinations. This webinar reviews what senior management and boards/supervisory committees need to know about cybersecurity and how to be prepared for new regulatory scrutiny.

Wipfli has experience guiding a number of credit unions through the ACET and FFIEC Cybersecurity Assessment Tools (CAT). In this webinar, we share our experiences, observations, and credit union challenges with meeting the “baseline” maturity level.

The webinar includes an overview of the following:

  • Cybersecurity threat landscape
  • Components of cybersecurity program
  • Utilization of the ACET and FFIEC CAT
  • CEO and Board responsibilities
  • Baseline surprises

This webinar is for CEO, COO, CFO, CIO, Board of Directors, internal audit, IT management, and supervisory committee members of credit unions.
