A Few Details...
- Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011 Online availability January 17, 2011
The reaction to CRM 2011 has been tremendous and has drawn more interest than ever before. More details to come on CRM 2011 features and technical deep dives and tips & tricks.
- Wipfli’s Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011 Launch Events in Madison, Green Bay & Milwaukee
The events were quite successful, with over 100 attendees, including clients, prospects, Microsoft representatives and a presentation from one of our clients already live on Dynamics CRM 2011 Online. We plan to play back one of our favorite Launch Event topics – everyone’s Top 3 lists of What’s New with Dynamics CRM 2011.
- Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011 On-Premises availability February 16, 2011
Updated upgrade requests came streaming in with the (early ;) release of the CRM 2011 On-Premises RTW bits.
- Wipfli’s Local Sponsorship of the Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011 Launch Event in Minneapolis
The Minneapolis Launch Event continued the trend of packed Launch Event houses, with hundreds of attendees experiencing CRM 2011 in person, participating in the sessions in multiple subject tracks and visiting the booths of the Launch sponsors.
- Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011 Implementation Projects
As noted above, the interest in CRM 2011 is unparalleled. The Power of Productivity that comes with CRM 2011 allows customers to get pilots and projects up and running quickly and efficiently.
- Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0 Upgrades to Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011
With CRM Online upgrades scheduled from March through the coming months, the transition has gone smoothly for those that have gone through the process, and others are champing/chomping at the bit to get started with 2011. Some organizations have moved their upgrade up in anticipation of the new functionality and capabilities (and look forward to even greater user adoption!)
- Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011 Vertical Solution Development
The Wipfli CRM team continues to develop Vertical Solutions for Dynamics CRM 2011, and Wipfli Connect for Contractors and Real Estate has been ready for CRM 2011 months. Wipfli Connect has drawn interest from all over the country (and internationally. ;)
- Team representation in the Central Region’s Microsoft Virtual Technical Solution Professional (VTSP) Program
This exciting opportunity has included planned participation in regional Secondary City CRM 2011 Launch Events in Milwaukee and Indianapolis, as well as continuing our team’s focus on working closely with the Microsoft team.
- Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0 Rollups 14, 15 and 16
While CRM 2011 has clearly been the Dynamics CRM focus over the last many months (just ask the CRM Support and Operations teams), Microsoft has continued to release Update Rollups for CRM 4.0, the most recent of which is Update Rollup 16 on March 9, 2011. We plan to get an update out soon on the most recent three rollups.
- Microsoft Dynamics Convergence 2011
And finally, our real time update. The Dynamics world – including the Wipfli Dynamics CRM, GP and AX teams, our customers and our prospects – are headed down to Atlanta, GA for the annual Dynamics Customer and Partner Conference. The schedule is packed once again, including keynotes from Steve Ballmer, Malcolm Gladwell, and even a Business Leadership Track appearance from Green Bay’s own Mark King – CEO of TaylorMade-adidas Golf. (Sean Payton spoke last year following the Saints Super Bowl win, so it’s only a appropriate that a Green Bay native will speak this year following the Packers win at Super Bowl XLV.)
A few of us will be participating in the Community Service/Volunteering opportunity Sunday morning, and are looking forward to doing what we can for the Atlanta Community.
The annual Wipfli Client Appreciation Social at Convergence Tuesday night is a great way for our customers, prospects and team to network, catch up and also interact with both Microsoft and ISV contacts. Let us know if you have any questions, and we’ll see you in Atlanta!
