Perry Hanson has more than 30 years experience in ambulatory health care management and organizational consulting.  He has served as administrator for several multispecialty medical groups, as well as branch director and officer within a regional medical group management contract/personnel leasing company.

Perry assists both hospitals and group practices in the areas of ambulatory governance analysis and design, strategic planning, physician compensation design, and community-based integrated service delivery ventures.  His organizational development work is based upon achieving a sustainable business foundation to support an organization’s desired market position.
