Jeff Milkie has over 12 years of corporate finance and investment banking experience with top-tier firms, having advised on numerous public and private debt and equity investments and M&A assignments totaling over $4.6 billion.

Jeff’s diverse experience includes leading M&A and capital raise transactions, and providing advice, financial analysis and other services to private market investors, multi-billion-dollar global corporations and middle-market companies across multiple sectors—manufacturing/distribution, consumer goods/services, retail, business services, health care, and media/technology.

Prior to joining WCF Advisors LLC, Jeff was Managing Director for a middle-market investment bank headquartered in Dallas, Texas, where he led numerous M&A, capital raise, and financial advisory engagements across various sectors.

Jeff was also in the investment banking groups of Citigroup Global Markets in Dallas and Merrill Lynch in New York, where he provided financial and advisory services, focusing primarily on mergers and acquisitions, acquisition financing, growth capital, and recapitalizations for companies in the consumer, retail, and industrial sectors. Jeff’s experience also includes a position in the international tax consulting practice of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP.
