Senior Manager

Andy Bross is a senior manager with 20+ years of Project Management experience. He is a member of the Digital Experience team, specializing in analytic software application development. For the last seven years he has focused on leading enterprise data management and analytic client implementations (data warehouse, data integration, data visualization, and strategic roadmaps), serving clients across diverse industries. Andy excels in managing complex project deliverables, scope, timeline, budget, as well as, resource staffing and utilization, client expectations, internal team coaching and identifying new business development opportunities.

He is a PMO lead tasked with empowering project delivery leaders to be effective at client execution, expectation management, risk management, and consistent customer experience for our clients and associates.
