Paul Traczek is a certified public accountant who provides high-quality service to health care organizations including hospitals, nursing homes, clinics, foundations, and other health-related, not-for-profit organizations. Paul’s primary focus is planning, conducting, and overseeing financial statement audits of health care organizations. In addition, he provides reimbursement and operational assistance, including preparation of Medicare and Medicaid cost reports and optimization of reimbursement, to health care clients of all sizes.

Eric Volk is a partner in Wipfli LLP’s Spokane office.  He specializes in critical access hospital (CAH) Medicare and Medicaid reimbursement and audits.  Eric provides cost reporting, audit, and consulting services to numerous providers in the region.  This has enabled him to develop a solid understanding of the issues that concern the health care industry.  Eric has significant experience in improving cost-based reimbursement for CAHs.  He also is skilled in providing cost report audit and appeal support for CAHs.

Judy Holloway is a senior manager in the firm’s health care practice. With more than 40 years of experience in the health care industry, she provides consulting services for health care clients across the continuum of care. Judy provides expert witness services in the field of coding, charging, billing, and payment of health care claims. She provides coding assessment and educational services addressing the accurate coding of professional and facility services according to national and payer-specific guidelines. Clients appreciate her attention to detail and her ability to identify the key issues health care entities currently face in the area of clinical and financial data integration.
