Makayla Kelly leads complex client initiatives across nonprofit, manufacturing, construction, financial services, healthcare and technology organizations as a project and program manager on Wipfli's operations team. She specializes in guiding technology and business transformation projects from discovery through closeout by building structured project plans, aligning sponsors and cross-functional teams and coordinating delivery across internal teams and vendor partners. Makayla is experienced in helping organizations bring structure to fast-moving environments, strengthen governance across budget, schedule, scope and risk and give leadership clear visibility to make confident decisions.
