Cory Vargo is a partner who focuses his tax practice on private equity and corporate acquisition and divestiture due diligence, international tax structuring, and tax compliance. He authored an article, “Carried Interest Taxation and Private (and Horizontal) Equity,” in the 2012 edition of Tax Notes that has been cited multiple times by the Congressional Research Service Committee on Private Equity Taxation’s annual report. Cory also participates in national tax policy dialogue and has spoken at various tax events.
