David Etter is a director of loan review services and has more than 40 years of experience in financial services. He has held credit and lending positions with community, regional and large banks. He was president of a commercial bank that specialized in government-guaranteed lending and was a subsidiary of one of the world’s largest companies. He also served as the chief credit officer of a large community bank. He has experience in small and mid-market commercial lending, commercial real estate, SBA lending, commercial finance, leasing and international trade finance. He has worked extensively with clients on regulatory issues and stress testing commercial loan portfolios and due diligence activities, in addition to managing the delivery of loan review services throughout the U.S.
