Winokur has served extensively as an FQHC CFO, with a passion for leading organizations through strategic transformations, such as mergers, expansions, critical compliance issues, contract negotiations and restructurings. He is also a strong advocate for clients with federal and state regulators, helping clients navigate complex compliance demands while prioritizing client services and sustainability. He has more than 20 years of experience in healthcare accounting and reimbursement consulting.
