Wipfli LLP transfer and cancellation policy

Participants who are unable to attend a Wipfli event that have registered for may be eligible to transfer or cancel their registration. 

If Wipfli cancels or reschedules a training session, you will be notified.  Participants will be given the option to transfer to another currently listed event, or to select a full refund of registration fees.

Participants who registered but did not attend the event — or complete a request to transfer or cancel within the allotted time — are liable for the full registration fee.

All transfer or cancellation requests must be received in writing no later than two business days before the start of the event you registered for.  A $25.00 service fee will be applied to all transfer and cancellation requests.  Additional fees may apply.

To transfer your registration

Participants may opt to send a substitute member of your team to the event or to transfer your current registration to another listed event. The substitute will be responsible for the difference in cost between the original event and the new event and any other additional registration fees, if applicable.

If the registration fee of the new event:

  • Is greater than the event from which you are transferring, additional charges may apply
  • Is less than the event from which you are transferring, you will be eligible for a refund of the difference

To request a transfer, submit your written request to gfponline@wipfli.com with the following information

  • Subject line: Registration transfer (or cancellation)
  • Registrant’s name (if applicable substitute’s name)
  • Registrant’s email address (if applicable substitute’s email address)
  • Registration confirmation / ticket number

To cancel your registration

Participants requesting cancellations may be eligible for all or part of refund depending on when the request is filed:

  • 14 business days or more: Full refund
  • Less than 14 business days: Refund minus 15% cancellation fee
  • Less than 2 business days: No refund.

To cancel your registration, submit your written request to gfponline@wipfli.com with the following information

  • Subject line: Registration transfer (or cancellation)
  • Registrant’s name (if applicable substitute’s name)
  • Registrant’s email address (if applicable substitute’s email address)
  • Registration confirmation / ticket number
