Caroline Nuttall is a manager in Wipfli's organizational performance practice, where she leads Wipfli's AI-Empowered Leader Development program, helping executive teams navigate one of today's biggest business shifts: leading effectively in an AI-powered world. Based in Charleston, South Carolina, Caroline guides clients nationwide through AI transformation at the executive level, turning disruption into practical leadership strategy.

Her work centers on three connected areas: leadership development, talent optimization and organizational performance.
