Carolyn Fields is a manager in Wipfli’s client advisory services practice, helping clients translate financial data into clear, actionable insight. Based in North Carolina, she supports closely held businesses and private clients across the country with accounting and advisory services that strengthen reporting, streamline operations and support informed decision-making. Carolyn is known for guiding clients through onboarding and transition processes, evaluating existing systems and building scalable workflows and documentation that improve accuracy, efficiency and long-term sustainability. She also identifies opportunities to incorporate automation and technology, helping clients reduce manual processes, improve data consistency and gain more timely financial visibility. Carolyn brings over 10 years of experience that spans industries including family office, construction, real estate, dental practices, engineering and nonprofit organizations. She leads full-cycle accounting engagements, including month-end close and financial reporting. Her technical expertise includes construction job costing and WIP management, nonprofit grant tracking and implementation of accounting standards and internal controls.
