Daniel Winokur is a partner and leads Wipfli’s federally qualified health center (FQHC) practice. A member of the community health group, he has 15+ years of experience in bringing transformative resources to challenging social problems. Winokur has served extensively as an FQHC CFO, with a passion for leading organizations through strategic transformations, such as mergers, expansions, critical compliance issues, contract negotiations and restructurings. He is also a strong advocate for clients with federal and state regulators, helping clients navigate complex compliance demands while prioritizing client services and sustainability.
