Dave Goodridge is a certified executive coach and team facilitator who supports the talent development efforts of Wipfli’s clients.  Prior to joining Wipfli, Dave was director at Vanderbilt University’s executive education business unit where he led all efforts in the design, development and selling of custom leadership development programs. These programs included behavioral assessments, executive coaching, in-person workshops, projects and online learning.

Dave is passionate about the human element of all organization’s most precious asset: its people. He is known for his attention to detail, high energy and focus on results and behavior change.
