Dean Lozanovic is a senior manager in Wipfli’s outsourcing practice, focused on helping construction companies strengthen financial visibility, accounting operations and decision-making. He leads outsourced accounting, controller and CFO advisory relationships, bringing together accurate financial reporting and forward-looking guidance in budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management and strategic planning.

Dean helps owners and leadership teams understand what is driving performance at both the business and project levels. His work includes WIP and backlog analysis, project profitability and margin visibility, KPI development and support for billing, pay application, month-end close and reporting processes. He translates complex financial information into practical insights that help clients manage cash, address risks and make more informed decisions.

He also works with clients to improve finance processes, modernize workflows and adopt technology and automation that support consistency, efficiency and scale.
