Jon Abrahamson is a partner in our real estate practice. His areas of focus include private equity real estate funds, real estate development, real estate investments and family office real estate. He takes a proactive approach toward client service, which includes being up to speed on ever-changing tax laws, helping to ensure compliance needs are met in a timely manner and providing tax strategies to minimize any potential tax impacts, all while remaining fully compliant. Additionally, he is experienced in succession planning, due diligence, reorganizations and estate planning.
