She specializes in financial statement audits, including PCAOB and SEC audits for public banking institutions, as well as outsourced internal audit services for both public and private banks. Morgan has deep experience in FDICIA compliance and SOX internal control documentation, testing and consulting for both accelerated filers and smaller reporting companies. She also specializes in CECL consulting and leads Wipfli’s national CECL validation practice.
