Phil Collins is a senior manager with Wipfli. He has over 15 years of combined experience providing accounting, consulting and auditing services to tribal governments, tribal enterprises, housing authorities, tribal schools/colleges, nonprofits and casinos. Phil has a detailed knowledge of accounting standards (FASB and GASB) and audit and attest standards (SASs, SSARs and SSAEs).

Phil is also an experienced instructor, presenting continuing professional education classes within the firm on a variety of subjects such as group auditing standards, risk assessment auditing standards, internal controls and fraud detection and prevention.
