Tony Smith is a certified executive coach, team facilitator and expert in the Predictive Index assessment toolkit, using skills honed through his role as a leader in the telecommunications, advertising and consulting markets over the past 30 years. At Wipfli, Tony works closely with CEOs and senior leaders as a personal leadership coach. He also helps organizations develop high-functioning teams and build cultures that value leadership as the primary transformer of business results. 

Tony is a trusted advisor to many diverse companies, a role supported by his formal certification as an executive coach by the International Coaching Federation.  In addition to being a coach, facilitator and certified expert in the insights and tools provided by the Predictive Index, Tony has also run his own business, offering him an important perspective into the challenges that organizations face, and by extension their leaders.
