Wipfli LLP announced today that it was presented with three awards at the Green Bay Chamber’s Annual Future 15 & Young Professional Awards on February 18. The firm was named the “Next Generation Best Place to Work,” while two of the firm’s professionals were recognized as “Future 15” Young Professionals.

“Wipfli being recognized as the Next Generation Best Place to Work is a tremendous honor and a testament to the firm’s culture that embraces all generations in our workforce and fosters an environment where associates feel valued and committed to the success of the firm, our clients and the community," said Dan Pichler, partner-in-charge of Wipfli’s Green Bay office.

“We are also extremely proud of Stephanie and Lonny who were selected for Future 15 awards and congratulate both of them on this well-deserved recognition,” Pichler added. “The awards are recognition of their professional excellence, depth of experience and knowledge, and their commitment to the Green Bay community.”

The “Next Generation Best Place to Work” award presented to Wipfli recognizes a business that demonstrates a commitment to the development of young professionals, has positive work-life policies, values generational differences, and institutes attraction and retention initiatives for young professionals. Wipfli's Green Bay office was selected as the top award winner over nine other businesses that made the list and many businesses that were nominated.

Lonny Charles and Stephanie Cavadeas were among 15 young professionals in the Green Bay area who were recognized as the 2016 “Future 15.” The “Future 15” award is a highly sought award that recognizes young professionals who are under 40 years old in the Green Bay area and who are growing and excelling in their respective fields and influencing the growth, prosperity and quality of life in Brown County. The selected professionals have also demonstrated their ability to positively impact the future of the Green Bay community through their professional accomplishments and community involvement. Over 80 young professionals were nominated for this recognition.
