Wipfli Receives Recognition for Outstanding Sage Intacct Customer Satisfaction

Wipfli LLP (Wipfli), a top 20 national accounting and consulting firm, announced that the firm has posted a leading Net Promoter Score® (NPS) among Sage Intacct implementation partners for fiscal year 2018. Recognized during the Sage Intacct Advantage Partner and Customer Conference in Nashville, this is the first time Wipfli has earned this recognition within the growing network of Sage Intacct value added resellers.
NPS is a measurement of customer satisfaction and loyalty developed by Fred Reichheld, Bain & Company and SatMetrix, which ranks service providers on how likely a customer would recommend said provider. A proven metric to assess customer experience and predict business growth, NPS groups respondents into promoters, passives and detractors based on responses to one question, “On a scale of 0 to 10, how likely are to you to recommend our company, products and services to a friend or colleague?”
