Wipfli Names Jeff Johnson as Western Region Market Leader

Wipfli LLP (Wipfli), a top 20 national accounting and consulting firm, has announced the appointment of partner Jeffrey M. Johnson, CPA, as its new western region market leader. Johnson is based out of Wipfli’s Oakland, California office and will continue to oversee the firm’s audit and consulting services to health care clients in the northwest while guiding the larger business’s service and industry offerings in its west coast offices.

A seasoned leader, Johnson boasts more than 30 years of experience working in health care practice consulting, providing audit, reimbursement and specialized services to this highly complex and ever-changing industry sector.

A rapidly growing firm, Wipfli’s robust health care industry practice expanded its regional footprint and offerings during the firm’s 2016 combination with California-based firm HFS Consultants, uniting the strengths of two prominent health care practices. The joining of the firms presented Wipfli with key opportunities to expand its physical presence in the western United States and to provide an even greater breadth and depth of services and resources to its clients.
Johnson holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in accounting from Iowa State University.
