Wipfli LLP (Wipfli), one of the largest accounting and consulting firms in the United States, announced today that the associates of California-based Price Waterman will join the firm effective June 1.
As part of this combination, 16 Price Waterman professionals will join more than 2,000 professionals at Wipfli. Moving forward, the firm will do business as Wipfli and will continue to operate from its Ukiah, California location.

Founded in 1985, Price Waterman is an accounting and health care consulting firm based in Ukiah, California. The firm provides complete financial management and contracted chief financial officer services to Federally Qualified Health Centers across northern and central California. Price Waterman’s services cover a range of financial reporting needs from the preparation of internal financial statements to Medicare cost reports, and from annual agency budgeting to federal grant application budget forms.
Wipfli is currently the 20th largest CPA firm in the United States. The firm’s national health care practice
has approximately 150 associates dedicated to serving over 2,000 health care organizations including integrated delivery systems, large community hospitals, critical access hospitals and rural health clinics, physician practices and long-term care organizations.
Following this combination, the firm will have 50 offices across the country, including three offices in California (Fresno, Oakland and Ukiah).
