Eagle Hill School’s financial management software couldn’t meet the digital demands of parents and students.

The Challenge

Eagle Hill needed to make it easier for families to manage their financial relationship with the boarding school — but traditional education vendors didn’t offer adequate solutions. Eagle Hill needed to integrate complex business systems in real time and move its data out of Excel and into the cloud.

The Solution

Eagle Hill deployed Sage Intacct’s cloud-based financial management and accounting solution to organize and report on financial data. Then, Wipfli developed a custom integration to connect Sage Intacct with a card management application for student spending and cash dispensing. Wipfli also configured the school’s student information system to give parents a single sign-on to all of their account management tools.

We took on something that was really challenging, but Wipfli made it happen. Eagle School Hill is finally offering parents a level of service and convenience that surpasses their expectations.

The results

Now Eagle Hill has real-time visibility and transparency into its financial and statistical data, and integration helps the school deliver exceptional parent and student experiences. Parents have a modern and simple way to see and pay tuition, and students gained easy access to student banking, consulting services, cash dispensing and more.
