The Solution
Wipfli began by assessing Grand Lake’s processes and identifying areas of improvement, such as getting financial data to end-users more quickly. The team then implemented Wipfli’s Sage Intacct “golden image” solution, tailored specifically for casinos, and helped improve Grand Lake’s accounting operations. During the transition, Wipfli provided outsourced support and worked closely with management, training them on financial reporting, dashboard setup and best practices to deliver seamless integration and operation of the new system.
