Zeznanski is the practice leader of Wipfl’s Property Tax & Real Property Appraisal Services. He has over 20 years proven performance as a Real Estate, Property Tax Consultant & Analysis, Commercial Appraiser, Site Acquisition Specialist, Real Estate Developer, and Commercial Broker.
Chad has represented and successfully reduced property taxes for REITs, Private Equity, and Multi-National Companies across the country and is currently overseeing a combined real property portfolio of over eight billion dollars.He focuses on exceeding client expectations by continuously striving to maximizing property tax saving opportunities. This includes enforcing policies, standards and guidelines, researching tax issues, reviewing valuations of real property, negotiating assessment reduction and settlements, and the preparation and presentation of assessment appeals and supporting litigation.
