As a certified Predictive Index Practitioner, she provides talent optimization consulting to her Predictive Index clients to successfully align their talent strategy with their business strategy. With over 15 years of experience and a Masters of Art degree in Industrial-Organizational Psychology, Heather utilizes her expertise to serve Wipfli’s talent management clients across several industries.
