Kristi Brey has been a member of Wipfli’s tax services team since 2019, providing tax compliance and planning services. She specializes in closely held, family-owned businesses and multi-state entity work in the manufacturing and distribution sector, as well as in individual tax compliance. Kristi is also a member of the firm’s mergers and acquisitions and ASC 740 (accounting for income taxes) teams.

Kristi enjoys working with her clients to better understand their business goals and needs so she can provide insight and identify additional tax planning opportunities. She aims to be a trusted business advisor for her clients.
