Matt Flynn is a manager with over six years of experience in audit and consulting services, primarily within the financial institutions, insurance and financial technology industries. Since joining the firm in September 2018, he has experience with both public and nonpublic financial statement audits and outsourced bank internal audits. Matt also has experience working with Sarbanes-Oxley Section 404 internal control documentation, testing and consulting services for both accelerated filers and smaller reporting companies, and Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation Improvement Act (FDICIA) compliance and consulting for financial institutions with greater than $1 billion in total assets.
