Having been a C-suite leader herself, Jennifer has a bold goal for all CEOs and other leaders to recognize and act upon the critical tie between business victories and people victories. Jennifer previously was the CEO of Oliver Group, which joined Wipfli in 2022.
Tom Cox is a principal with 35 years of experience including C-level leadership. Tom has a proven track record of driving results. His career spans multiple industries (management consulting, hospitality, financial services, real estate and manufacturing) and functional disciplines (general management, sales, finance & accounting, purchasing and supply chain). His career is highlighted by his 8 years with General Electric and over 12 years with Marriott International.
