Senior Manager
Katherine Eilers works primarily with nonprofit clients as a consultant in the areas of financial policies and procedures and financial department process improvement and provides training on Federal grant regulations (Uniform Guidance), procurement, cost allocation, indirect cost rates, and fiscal best practices.
Katherine’s past experience includes over 15 years as a financial statement auditor and grants auditor for nonprofit organizations and local governments, including counties, cities, townships, community colleges, and school districts. Katherine’s experience also includes working with organizations in account reconciliation, financial statement preparation, grant reporting, and preparing financial statements for small businesses and agriculture clients in Northern Illinois and Eastern Iowa.
