Terry Kerscher is the Sales Leader for the firm within our growth leadership team, responsible for the design and rollout of the firm’s sales process, growth related performance, personas and providing oversight of technology enablement and training. As a growth leader, his goals are to focus on driving execution on organic growth, enabling our industry, market and community of practice leaders with the information, process and tools they need to successfully serve or clients and drive growth in their respective areas of the firm. Before moving into the growth leadership team, Terry was a principle in our consulting business, leading a team of technology consultants focused on delivering sales, service and marketing strategy, process, and technology enablement for clients primarily in the manufacturing, distribution, financial services, construction and non-profit industries.
