Deborah Marshall is a seasoned human resources (HR) professional with more than 25 years of experience in helping businesses make the most of their “people” opportunities and challenges. Her practical approach has earned her the reputation of being a valuable resource for clients across all industries. Deborah has hands-on experience with the “nuts and bolts” of HR, as well as the big picture understanding of how HR can be a strategic partner.

As a member of top management teams in her pre-consulting experience, she gained valuable business knowledge and a clear understanding of how HR must make a positive contribution to an organization’s bottom line.

As an accomplished consultant and trainer, Deborah has conducted countless programs for individual companies, industry associations, and the business community in general. She is the originator of Wipfli’s highly successful HR Business Forums. The groups she facilitates have had consistently high attendance, with most participants returning year after year.
