BSA Workshop

Assessing and Managing Risk

UPDATE: FinCEN has just released the long-awaited FAQs on the Beneficial Ownership and Customer Due Diligence Rule. Wipfli’s BSA team has updated its Staying on Track BSA workshop and webinar to address the burning issues related to CD rollovers, loan renewals, what constitutes a triggering event, and recertification. In addition, we will offer examples of how far you must drill down to identify natural owners of the covered entity customers. The implementation date of May 11, 2018, is just around the corner.

New this year we are offering a BSA beginner webinar!
You may attend the Mastering the Basics webinar, the intermediate/advance workshop BSA - Staying on Track, or you may register to attend both.
All participants will receive a copy of the Wipfli BSA Policy and gain an understanding of what a comprehensive written program should include. Sessions will be interactive, with ample opportunity for questions and answers about your most pressing BSA concerns.
