Maureen Pistone

Maureen Pistone is a Chief Human Resources Officer for Wipfli.  As the CHRO, Maureen’s responsibility is to align culture, strategy and talent in order to achieve our vision and strategic aspirations.  She serves as the HR leader for the functions of Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, HR Operations/Business Advisors, Talent Development and Organizational Development. This team focuses on growing leadership capability, creating new approaches to succession planning and associate learning, recruiting and hiring associates who will meet future needs, and partnering with leaders to improve the associate experience through total rewards and an engaging work environment.  She had co-led the firms’ diversity, equity and inclusion strategy.

Before joining Wipfli, Maureen spent many years in the healthcare industry and 12 years at the C-suite level.  She believes in the power of the relationship between leaders and teams and the transparency and communication necessary to create trust, loyalty and firm performance.
