Zac Liermann is a manager in the valuation and transaction support services group, with over five years of valuation experience. He specializes in business valuations, valuation analysis, and sale and purchase assistance for companies in a variety of industries. Zac’s areas of emphasis include the valuation of early-stage companies and complex financial instruments, such as convertible securities, earnouts, options, warrants and other hard-to-value assets.
Prior to pursuing a valuation career, Zac served for seven years as a U.S. Army Ranger with the 2nd BN 75th Ranger Regiment.
