Grimmer Construction lacked a defined executive team or clear processes for firmwide sharing of important operational data. The company realized it needed to build synergies between departments and better define its goals to scale its growth.

The Solution

Grimmer Construction leveraged Wipfli’s Prime Growth System, which starts with an assessment to identify gaps and opportunities in seven key areas. With the results, Wipfli helped Grimmer create a prime action plan, that designed customized, actionable recommendations and established next steps and timing.

Wipfli’s team built out facilitated sessions covering all seven components but with particular emphasis on their key areas of stakeholder misalignment.

The results

Grimmer’s leadership team emerged from the training with new, shared goals and a clearer vision for the future of their company. Grimmer has since put in place improved KPI measurement strategies, including detailed scorecards to better communicate deliverables and anticipated profit margins with every employee. Employees now feel more engaged in the future of the Grimmer company.
