Based in Green Bay, Konop Refrigeration distributes commercial refrigeration units and parts and offers an extensive repair and maintenance network that services all makes of self-contained refrigeration equipment. Originally founded in 1958, today the company has more than 1,800 network service professionals in the United States, Canada, and Puerto Rico and specializes in locating hard-to-find parts.

Situation

For some time, Konop Refrigeration relied on an outdated accounting software solution and spent thousands of dollars each year on updates and technical support to keep it operational. In addition to costs, the company also recognized that the software wasn’t able to support its current business needs and certainly wasn’t capable of supporting its changing needs into the future.
