The Solution
In the first 90 days, Wipfli remedied urgent issues and stabilized operations. The team then led a human-centered approach to learning the workflows, roles and needs of all key personas: operations, donor relations, volunteers, leadership and more. These learnings shaped the creation and execution of a strategic roadmap with technology and process recommendations. Microsoft products included Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Power BI, Business Central and Azure. Wipfli also built a customized AI-enabled Copilot solution to move from labor-intensive data gathering to automated analysis. Most recently, the team created and rolled out a new fundraising and operational management app, CURE Compass, which empowers Project C.U.R.E. to manage its fundraising, Cargo, GIK (gifts-in-kind) and other efforts in a single platform.
