Wipfli is proud to announce that the firm is now a financial supporter and partner of Disability:IN, a leading nonprofit focused on business disability inclusion. They work to expand employment opportunities for people with disabilities across a network of more than 500 organizations.
The partnership, announced in conjunction with Disability Awareness Month in October, will help Wipfli deepen its commitment to advancing diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) priorities and enable the firm to better connect the broad talent pool of individuals with disabilities with a fulfilling career path.
In building a stronger bridge between businesses and disability communities, Disability:IN is committed to tackling a range of barriers that keep people with disabilities from participating in the workforce, including unconscious bias, insufficient accessible technology and noninclusive supply chains.
