Bob Morlock is a partner with more than 30 years of experience in public accounting.  His extensive experience includes providing accounting, tax, and consulting services to professional service firms, manufacturers, contractors, and medical groups.

Bob has focused on succession planning services for the past 15 years.  He assists business owners with comprehensive written plans, component planning, strategies upon ownership transfer, key employee compensation planning, operation agreement or stockholder agreement review and modification, business value maximization and protection, comprehensive tax strategies, and business owner retirement and estate planning.
