Pennsylvania-based Elko & Associates, Ltd. joins Wipfli

Wipfli LLP, one of the top 25 accounting and consulting firms in the United States, announced today that Elko & Associates, Ltd. (Elko) joined the firm effective December 31. Elko, a firm headquartered in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, provides audit, tax and consulting services to businesses and individuals in the northeastern United States. This is the fourth acquisition for Wipfli within a year and marks the third acquisition for the firm in two months.

As part of this combination, 81 Elko professionals, including 12 partners, have joined Wipfli. Founded in 1960, Elko provides professional accounting, auditing, tax and business consulting services to clients in the Greater Philadelphia area. The firm has two full-service offices located in the Philadelphia area.
