In this webinar we will discuss the economic relief programs available to nonprofits provided by the Consolidated Appropriations Act of 2021 (the “Act”) signed in December 2020, including programs extended and changed through the passing of the Act. This webinar includes:
- Second draw PPP and first draw PPP for newly eligible organizations.
- Grants for shuttered venue operators.
- Employee retention tax credits.
We will go over the options available to nonprofits and will provide examples and clarify information.
- Discuss the eligibility and other requirements related to PPP, grants for shuttered-venue operators and employee retention tax credits as described in the Act and SBA
- Define gross receipts as it is used in the Act.
- Examine the options for your organization.
