About Our Featured Guest, Deron Poisson

Deron currently acts as a Learning and Technologies Coordinator for Johnsonville Sausage.  His primary role is to act as the Administrator for their Learning Management System (Success Factors) and create and maintain curricula for e-learning and traditional instructor led classes.  He also facilitates leadership, culture, and communication offerings and supports business units, helping them to solve business problems through the use of collaborative tools and exercises.  He is certified in Achieve Global content and consults to solve business problems using Advanced Collaborative Exercises (ACE), Korn Ferry Leadership Architect Competency Modeling, and Predictive Index.  Prior to coming to Johnsonville, Deron served for 20 years in the United States Navy.
