This webinar will help you identify the characteristics of vendors/contractors and subrecipients and how to effectively manage each relationship. The training will cover:
- Critical indicators of each relationship.
- Differences between monitoring subrecipients and managing contracts.
- Tools to help you track information and stay on top of your monitoring process.
- Discuss how to identify whether you are working with a contractor or subrecipient.
- Identify the difference between monitoring and contract management.
- Use best practices in managing contractors versus subrecipients.
