Uniform Guidance no longer refers to vendors, yet you know you have them. They are now “contractors.” But do you have subrecipients? How do you know? This webinar will help you identify the characteristics of vendors/contractors and subrecipients and how to effectively manage each relationship. The training will cover:
- Critical indicators of each relationship.
- Differences between monitoring subrecipients and managing contracts.
- Tools to help you track information and stay on top of your monitoring process.
- Discuss how to identify whether you are working with a contractor or subrecipient.
- Identify the difference between monitoring and contract management.
- Use best practices in managing contractors versus subrecipients.

To receive continuing professional education (CPE) credits (live webinars only), you will need to complete and submit a CPE request form within three business days of the webinar. A link to the form and directions to submit it are included in a webinar access email you will receive 24 hours prior to the start of the webinar. The webinar must be paid in full to receive CPE credits. Purchase orders are accepted but not considered payment. You will receive a certificate via email within 14 business days of the webinar presentation
