Welcome to Dealer Conversations! We’re excited to bring you a brand-new blog — a communication channel focused on what’s happening in the dealer industry, from dealership news to insights to trends.

As the firm’s dealership industry practice leader, I’m having conversations with dealers daily. And having worked exclusively with this industry for decades, I’m familiar with industry trends and what’s on your minds. And needless to say, in today’s environment, it’s a lot.

In a recent conversation with my team, I mentioned that a dealer client called me at 7 a.m. with worries on his mind that had kept him awake most of the night. It caused me to reflect on how much I love my career. It’s really gratifying to develop great relationships with Wipfli clients and become their trusted advisor. It’s not just about offering a pat solution — it’s about truly listening, understanding and providing the knowledge that helps the client weigh the best solutions to determine the best path forward.

Alleviating stress and creating job satisfaction

The dealership industry team has regular conversations about what’s happening in the industry, and we discuss what’s on our clients’ minds. This blog will be a forum for those topics. My voice won’t be the only one you’ll hear on this platform — my colleagues on the team will be contributors, too.
