If you recently upgraded to Microsoft Dynamics® GP (“Dynamics GP”) 2015 or 2016 and are on a Windows 10 machine, you may be having issues with the display font being too small to work with – especially on a laptop computer.
The issue can be resolved quite easily by changing the compatibility view settings on the icon in Dynamics GP.
Right click on your icon in the task area or on your desktop, then right click on Dynamics GP again and then select Properties:
After you click on the compatibility mode, make the changes highlighted below. You may choose to make the compatibility Windows 8 or 7. Check off the Override High DPI scaling behavior and make it performed by “Application.”
