Alex McBride is a construction litigation senior manager who focuses on forensic delay and damages analyses and project advisory services. His client portfolio includes contractors and subcontractors of all sizes as well as joint ventures, government contractors, owners, architects and engineers. Alex has testified as an expert in arbitration proceedings, attended dispute review board and mediation proceedings, and prepared expert reports and related analyses in support of litigation, mediation and settlement negotiations. He can provide critical path schedule analysis related to productivity, acceleration and disruption claims with a specialization in Primavera Project Management. Alex is knowledgeable about project data analysis, forensic accounting and document review.
