As an industry speaker, Paul is known for his lively, on-target delivery of timely topics, practical strategies, and thought-provoking insights.  He has delivered keynote speeches to thousands of executives from a multitude of companies. Paul has extensive knowledge of industry trends, the transformations going on within various companies, and the realities of operating a privately owned company in today’s market.

Kelly M. Fisher, CPA

Kelly is the leader of Wipfli's tax services practice. She has more than 10 years of public accounting experience in manufacturing, technology, professional services, and international operations, including experience with a Big Four accounting firm. In addition, Kelly leads the firm's international services practice and assists executives in the development and implementation of their international growth and expansion plans.

Mark B. Martinelli, CPA

With over 25 years of experience, Mark specializes in strategic merger and acquisition planning for buyers and sellers, strategic business plans, strategic funding plans, and debt or equity finance sourcing. Throughout his career, he held the position of CFO for many private equity funds.
